Description

The original cement Stabilizer is atoxic and is an excellent environmental solution. Stabilizer floors are draining and create a good microclimate. It is very easy to use and to reuse it. Most of Stabilizer is made of little plants growing naturally together with a type of cactus.

Today, after a 30-year research the plant is grown, cut off, dried and grinded. Every single step of the process is controlled.

Components are mixed and packed in 18,16 kg sacks. The final product must be stored in a dry place. The cement is activated through water. We guarantee the origin and the quality of the product.

Where to use it

It is the ideal material for outdoor cycle-pedestrian paths. It's very easy to use and  eco-friendly.

Application

The base must have the following caracteristics: draining power of at least 128 lt/hr for m2, minimum thickness: 15 cm. The material is digged and thrown away. Scree is laid down and levelled by bulldozer and roller (levelling precision +/- 1 cm).

After it proceed with Stabilizer 5 cm layer (smashed sand 0/4 mm to 0/8 mm + Stabilizer-Binder).

Proceed with smashed sand 0/4-0/8 mm (according to the Stabilizer chart), add Stabilizer-Binder (6kg every 1000kg of smashed sand) and water to obtain a humid compound (5-6%), then reach the building site.  Lay down the compound with finisher or with your hands, roll statically without vibrating with tandem roll (from 800 to 1000 kg) and then wet everything with a rose of watering can. Let it dry.
